Praia de Macapá is located in the state of Piauí, in a small seaside tourist town. The project site is situated at the end of the town’s main street and has direct access to the beach. This location defines the architectural concept of the development: the complex functions as a natural continuation of the urban fabric, logically concluding the street and creating a new social and public gathering point for the town.
The project was designed to integrate with the existing urban structure, providing infrastructure not only for guests but also for local residents, including public areas and shared spaces.
The complex consists of 3 villas, 5 townhouses, a restaurant, and an event house. The architecture of the complex is oriented toward the beach, forming a cohesive ensemble that has the potential to become one of the city’s new architectural landmarks.
